Shipping Policy:
To ensure a smooth delivery process, you must provide us with a clear delivery address, including (mobile number, building number, street name, city, province, and postal code).
Please verify the delivery address and contact number to avoid delivery delays.
After placing an order, delivery times typically range from 15 to 25 business days from the order date, excluding weekends and official holidays.
A 15% value-added tax (VAT) is added to the total amount for all orders.
Products cannot be shipped to incomplete or different addresses from the one specified in the purchase order.
If we are unable to contact you or you refuse product delivery for any reason other than an error in the order sent to you by the online store, you agree to pay only the delivery fees or have them deducted from the amount paid online in the Redaa Store.
For international shipments, if you refuse to pay customs duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country, the shipment will be returned to our warehouses, and you will be responsible for shipping costs and any additional fees mentioned above.
Upon completion of delivery, please sign the delivery receipt to confirm the absence of defects in the delivery box and the product(s).
In some areas, the shipping company will send a text message to the customer to pick up the shipment from the branch, following the shipping company’s policy.
Redaa Store will not deal with or provide any services or products to countries subject to sanctions by the Foreign Assets Control Office, according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Returns and Refund Policy:
We will gladly accept your return and refund request according to the following terms:
Returns are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date.
The returned goods must be in the same condition as when delivered, unused, and in their original packaging, including any labels, cards, or accessories included with the product. Please do not attach the waybill directly to the product’s box.
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by the Redaa Store team.
Undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged to maintain public health.

You can request a return by email or by contacting the 24/7 customer support team at +966500491315 on WhatsApp or Telegram. Please provide order details such as the order number, invoice number, customer name, the name of the product to be exchanged, the desired size, and the reason for the exchange.
The refund process will be completed within 7 business days after receiving the shipment.
If a credit card was used to pay for the order, the refunded amount will be returned to your card. The refunded amount will be reflected on your card based on the financial processes of each bank, which may take up to a month in some cases.
If other cards (e.g., Mada) were used for payment, please provide your bank account details for the refund (international bank account number, bank name, account holder’s name).
